How To Book
Let's talk about the booking process...
Step 1: Take a look at our picnic packages and choose the one you are interested in.
Step 2: Fill out the "Request To Book" form and submit.
Step 3: After filling out the booking form, your request will be reviewed. Once it is reviewed your event will be approved for booking, or we will reach out to you for more information regarding your request.
Step 4: Once details are approved, you will receive a booking confirmation and invoice. Payment is due in full to confirm booking. For larger parties, a deposit will be required to confirm booking and the remaining total is due the date of your event.
What to expect the day of your picnic..

Your picnic will be setup one hour prior to the event time. For larger parties, additional time may be required for setup. This will be discussed during the booking process.

Please make sure the area where your picnic will be set up is clear and ready prior to arrival.

During your event, we will not be present. You will be responsible for items supplied for the duration of your event. You will have a contact number for any concerns or emergencies.

After your picnic, take some time to relax. We will return for cleanup. You will be notified by text before we arrive.
A few things to mention

In the event of inclement weather or emergency, please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice. We understand that things happen and will do our best to have your picnic rescheduled. Any picnic that needs to be rescheduled will need to be booked within 3 months of the original picnic date.

I would recommend a back up plan in the event of inclement weather. If possible choose a location that can offer shelter from the elements. Setting up your picnic indoors is also an option if bad weather is in the forecast.

Please take care of items supplied during your picnic. Harlow and Whimsy takes pride in offering unique and vintage items for picnic set ups. Some items provided may be difficult to replace if lost or damaged.
